Tell us what you want to build
A useful brief is better than a long one: the users, the job to be done, the systems already in place, and any hard date or constraint. We reply with clarifying questions and a proposed next step—not a fake fixed price before the work is understood.

What happens after you write
- We read the brief and ask only the questions that change scope.
- You get a view of whether this is a build, a buy, or a hybrid.
- If we are a fit, we outline a first release you can recognise—and how we would staff it.
- Work starts only on a signed statement of work. This form is not a contract.
What to include
- Who will use this, and what must they finish in a session?
- Which systems must stay (accounting, payments, identity, a shop)?
- What is already live that we should not break?
- Any hosting region, language or compliance rule that is non-negotiable?
- The date that actually matters—and why.
Do not send passwords, card numbers, or production personal data through this form unless a processing agreement is already in place.
