This is the current public policy for https://www.hirvextechnologies.com. Contracts for software delivery may add project-specific terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs that engagement.
The website
This website describes services Hirvex Technologies offers. It is not a quote, a licence, a partnership, or a promise of a business outcome. Prices, timelines and team composition for a project exist only in a signed statement of work or equivalent contract.
Use of the site
You may browse and enquire in good faith. You may not scrape the site to impersonate Hirvex, mine personal data, or overload the service. You may not copy content to imply a certification, client relationship or office location that this site does not state.
Enquiries
Submitting the form does not create a contract. Do not send unlawful, infringing, or special-category personal data (for example health or payment card data) through the public form unless a processing agreement is already in place.
Software we build
Intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability and acceptable use for delivered software are governed by the contract for that work. Until that contract is signed, examples, concepts and copy on this site remain ours.
Liability for the website
The site is provided as a description of our services. We take care to keep it accurate and will correct material errors when we learn of them. We are not liable for decisions made solely on marketing copy without a written scope.
