Brief
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
Most modern products are a conversation between systems. Hirvex Technologies designs and builds APIs, webhooks and integrations so your app, your partners and your internal tools share one contract. Documentation, auth and versioning are part of the work, not a README written after the first outage.
Who this is for. Product and engineering leads who need a stable interface between a mobile app, a web app, a partner, or a legacy core.
These are the patterns that show up before a useful first release—not abstract “digital transformation” language.
We define resources, errors and auth before writing controllers. Versioning and deprecation are explicit. Integrations with third parties include mapping, retries and an operations view of failed jobs. If the third-party API is poor, we isolate it so your product does not inherit that shape forever.
Scope is confirmed in discovery. This is the shape of work we are equipped to deliver—not a menu you must buy in full.
A useful brief is better than a long one. If you can answer most of the following, we can propose a first slice instead of a theatre estimate.
How an engagement runs
You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.
We reply with clarifying questions and a first-release outline: modules, roles, integrations and what “done” means.
Named engineers work in visible increments, with staging you can click and a weekly written status.
Launch, handover and a support path. The system is yours to operate—not a black box we disappear from.
REST is our default for business APIs because it is easy for partners to consume. GraphQL is used when the client graph genuinely needs it. We do not add GraphQL as decoration.
Sometimes via supported file drops, database views you own, or a vendor’s official connector. We do not scrape UIs as a production integration strategy.
Yes. If partners consume it, documentation is a deliverable. Internal-only APIs still get a concise contract.
Send the users, the job to be done and any hard constraint. We will answer as engineers—not with a canned brochure.
