Finance operations software that does not pretend to be your auditor

Hirvex Technologies builds finance-adjacent software: quoting, invoicing workflows, collections, expense submissions and management reporting. Statutory books usually stay in an accounting package you already trust. We connect to it. We do not casually replace a general ledger.

Who this is for. Finance managers drowning in operational invoices that never quite match the accounting tool.

Problems we typically meet

These are the patterns that show up before a useful first release—not abstract “digital transformation” language.

  • Sales issues invoices from a Word template.
  • Collections has no shared view of promises.
  • Approvals for spend happen in chat.
  • Management wants a dashboard the accountant cannot safely produce weekly.

How we approach the work

We identify the system of record. Operational documents are modelled with tax fields your accountant specifies. Posting to QuickBooks, Xero, or another package is an integration with an audit of what was sent. Dashboards show operational metrics, not invented GAAP.

What a serious first release can include

Scope is confirmed in discovery. This is the shape of work we are equipped to deliver—not a menu you must buy in full.

  • Quote-to-invoice operational flows
  • Collections worklists
  • Spend and approval requests
  • Exports and API posts to accounting tools
  • Role-based financial operations access
  • Management snapshots agreed with finance

What we need from you

A useful brief is better than a long one. If you can answer most of the following, we can propose a first slice instead of a theatre estimate.

  • Who will use this, and what must they finish in a session?
  • Which systems must stay (accounting, payments, identity, a shop)?
  • What is already live that we should not break?
  • Any hosting region, language or compliance rule that is non-negotiable?
  • The date that actually matters—and why.

How an engagement runs

Four steps. No mystery bench.

01

Brief

You describe the users, the job to be done, current tools and any hard date or constraint. A page is enough.

02

Scope

We reply with clarifying questions and a first-release outline: modules, roles, integrations and what “done” means.

03

Build

Named engineers work in visible increments, with staging you can click and a weekly written status.

04

Run

Launch, handover and a support path. The system is yours to operate—not a black box we disappear from.

Questions we are asked

Will this replace our accountant’s software?

Not by default. Replacing a ledger is a different class of project with different liability. We usually sit beside it.

Can you calculate tax in every country?

We implement the tax rules you and your advisors specify, or we pass tax to a specialist engine. We do not invent cross-border tax law.

If this is the work in front of you

Send the users, the job to be done and any hard constraint. We will answer as engineers—not with a canned brochure.
